When choosing your haircare and cosmetic product, ingredient listings can be a bit scary and overwhelming. So we have included a description below of the ingredients in this product it for you so you can understand exactly what you are putting into your hair.

BTMS is a blend of behentrimonium methosulfate extracted from rapeseed oil and cetearyl alcohol. Together they make a highly stable conditioning wax with some great wet-combing and detangling properties. The behentrimonium methosulfate is able to penetrate the hair shaft, moisturising within the hair rather than just the surface, helping to create a voluminous body for your hair. It’s also gentle on hair and skin and doesn’t cause any buildup. Cetearyl alcohol is a emulsifier and emollient which moisturises skin; unlike the types of alcohol you may be more familiar with, it doesn’t have a drying effect.

Cocoa butter has been added to give the bar a beautiful creamy and smooth feel. It is also a great conditioning oil for the hair.

Argan oil, known as the liquid gold of Morocco, smooths frayed hair shafts and seals split ends, while its omega fatty acids will work to strengthen your hair.

Shea butter has been used for centuries to soothe dry, itchy scalp or dandruff and protect dry or damaged hair from moisture loss from the roots on down to the ends.

Oat hydrolyzed silk protein will add shine to your hair while promoting elasticity to prevent breakage.

Wheat protein will help repair damaged hair keratin and protect from moisture loss on the hair surface by reducing the hair strand porosity. It will help reduce breakage, eliminates frizz and tangles, and makes your hair appear fuller.

DL-panthenol is a provitamin of Vitamin B5, derived from one of the compounds in bee honey, that helps keep hair soft and shiny by binding to the hair shaft. It’s completely safe and non-toxic: actually, when it enters the human body, it is converted into Vitamin B5!

Usage

For best results, comb the length of your wet hair with several strokes with the bar until they are coated. You will immediately feel a smooth film coating it making it easier to detangle. Leave it on for a few minutes and if your hair is particularly tangled, detangle with a soft brush while your hair is still full of the conditioner. Rinse off.

Leave the bar to dry in a drainable soap dish between uses to maximise life.
